- Mental health plays a vital role in the overall well-being of an individual at any stage of life.
What are the factors, which disturbs and boosts our mental health?
We
should always pay attention towards the mental health of our children
especially as they are developing and are very sensitive. They are at a stage
where their concepts, emotions and perceptions are developing. Children who
grew up with poor mental health are at a high risk of developing mental health
problems in adulthood. We should also take care of our own mental health as
well.
Numerous
people come to PRC Rehabilitation Center Karachi for treatment of SUD
and Mental Illnesses. We not only help them with providing quality treatment
but also give psycho education and awareness to their families regarding mental
health and SUD issues.
